Acquisition Channels

• Government & Defence: direct sales to public institutions, armed forces, and critical infrastructure. Current client: Spanish Ministry of Defence (contract signed 2025, new €1.5M+ contract for 2026 in negotiation). Working directly with the CCN (Centro Criptológico Nacional). CPSTIC catalogue entry, ENS Alto, ISO 27001, and DORA compliance in progress.
• SMBs via channel: IT partners, MSPs, integrators, and platforms already selling to SMBs (e.g. Sage). White-label and reseller models with margins up to 30%. Also direct sales in specific cases. Zero-touch deployment eliminates friction for both partner and end client. ICP: IT service providers, security consultancies, system integrators, and value-added resellers with SMB portfolios.
• International expansion: commercial partnership signed in KSA (Q1). Pilot with KPMG in progress. Selected by ICEX for Canada market entry.

GTM Roadmap

2026

• Europa: 5-10 channel partners (Q1-Q3). Deloitte España pilot conversations in progress.
• KSA: partner already signed. KPMG pilot in progress. Close first client via partner and formalize KPMG agreement.
• Canada: market entry with 1 partner via ICEX program.
• Government: close €1.5M defence contract for 2026.

2027

• Europa: scale to 20-30 active partners. Open 3 new European markets. Consolidate Deloitte as strategic channel.
• KSA: expand to 5+ clients via partner network. Open second GCC partner (UAE).
• Government: increase 2026 defence contract scope.

2028

• Europa: 30+ active partners. Tiered channel program (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Presence in 5+ European markets.
• KSA/GCC: regional coverage with 3+ partners and consolidated local operations.
• Government: defence contract renewal and expansion. Entry into EU-level cybersecurity programs (ENISA, EDA).
